Give every row a next action
Use a candidate reference, the role, a stage, an owner and the next action date. Keep sensitive assessment notes and CVs in an appropriately protected location rather than embedding everything in a shared spreadsheet. The workbook starts blank so the example cannot be mistaken for your live candidates.
Review the summary without overinterpreting it
The summary counts the current stages of the rows you enter. It is a working snapshot, not a historical conversion analysis. Update the tracker consistently and review overdue follow-ups with the person who owns them. Keep a single agreed copy and define who may edit it.
Move to a shared system when coordination needs it
When multiple versions, attachments and interview decisions are difficult to reconcile, evaluate a shared candidate workflow. The download is useful independently of Kadroflow and requires no email address. It is not an upload specification: confirm the product's supported intake methods before planning a migration.
What the workbook includes
- A blank tracker with role, stage, owner, dates and next action
- Stage dropdowns and a summary that counts your entries
- A separate example and instructions; no candidate data is uploaded
Free, no email required. A spreadsheet for your own workflow, not a Kadroflow import format.
Questions before you start
Can I use it without signing up?
Yes. Download the workbook and edit it in a compatible spreadsheet application. No candidate data is sent to Kadroflow by the workbook.
Is this an automatic import into Kadroflow?
No. This is a standalone tracker. Review supported candidate intake methods separately; the workbook is not a one-click migration promise.
