Choose the question before the report
A daily hiring review asks what needs attention. A monthly review looks across the funnel and offers. A candidate report supports a discussion about one person. Kadroflow includes daily, monthly, annual and candidate report layouts; the available sections depend on the selected report type.
Read a snapshot as a snapshot
A stage count tells you where candidates are now. It does not, on its own, establish the percentage who progressed during a previous month. Check the selected candidates, dates and report sections before comparing totals. The example below explains a simple stage-share calculation rather than claiming a measured customer result.
Share a report that can be explained
The reporting workflow provides print and PDF output. Review the generated document before sharing it with a manager. Keep candidate-level evidence within the appropriate audience, and agree which measures the team will use consistently. This is recruitment reporting, not a promise of an arbitrary BI report builder, statutory payroll reporting or company-wide workforce forecasting.
A hiring snapshot, not a prediction
| Current stage | Candidates | Share of this sample |
|---|---|---|
| New | 6 | 30% |
| Review | 5 | 25% |
| Interview | 4 | 20% |
| Offer | 3 | 15% |
| Hired | 2 | 10% |
Example: 20 candidates in one snapshot. Stage share = candidates currently in that stage ÷ 20. These are not historical conversion rates or time-to-hire measures.
Questions before you start
Does a high AI score count as a hiring outcome?
No. Scores are review signals. A hiring outcome is a separate human decision and should not be inferred from a score.
Can I compare our conversion rate with another company?
Only after aligning definitions, cohorts and time periods. The illustrative stage shares on this page are not a conversion benchmark.
