It reads the CV without the person. Before the AI sees a CV, the name, email, phone number, links, address and date of birth are removed.
Every strength is quoted from the CV. The model has to quote the CV word for word for each requirement it marks as met. You see the line, not a guess.
The score is arithmetic, not an opinion. The AI only gathers evidence. The number is calculated in code from the requirements you set for the job.
It cannot reject anyone. The database refuses to let the AI reject, rank or move a candidate. A named person makes every decision.
Fairness is tested on every release. Change a candidate's name, address or contact details and the scoring must return exactly the same result, or the release does not build.
Every AI run is on the record. Each analysis stores the model and prompt version that produced it, so you can always see what ran and when.

How billing works

Four things worth knowing in advance, because finding them out later is how a subscription becomes a support ticket.
- Workspace rules
- Free includes 1 workspace. Plus includes 2, Pro includes 5, and Max includes 10. Enterprise limits are agreed with your organisation.
- Storage and retention
- Storage covers CVs, certificates and interview recordings together. Recording retention is set by your plan and deletes automatically — and what a candidate was told when they consented is never shortened afterwards.
- Owner-controlled billing
- Only workspace owners manage subscriptions, invoices, plan changes and cancellation.
- Safe downgrade path
- Existing data stays available; new actions follow the limits of the selected plan.
