Ask every candidate the same questions
A structured interview compares people on the same evidence. Define the competencies from the job, with a question and a rating scale for each, so every panelist scores the same criteria rather than a general impression. Kadroflow keeps the competencies, questions and ratings on the interview, next to the candidate record.
Score independently, then debrief on the difference
Each panelist completes their own scorecard before the panel talks, and sees the interview's AI evidence only after submitting it, so the AI does not anchor the human score. The debrief starts where ratings differ, and the decision and its job-related reason are written by a person, not calculated from an average.
Record with consent, transcribe, keep the evidence
Recording is gated on the candidate's consent and the recording plan, and fails closed without them. A recorded interview is transcribed — including in Slovenian, which many models cannot — with the spoken language detected rather than forced, and AI analysis of the transcript is citation-verified and advisory, with quotes checked against the candidate's own turns.
Evaluate it with one interview
Take one role and a synthetic candidate through a scheduled interview: check the consent and recording gates, who can score, how a remote panelist joins, and what the transcript and analysis look like. Confirm permissions and plan limits before using it for live hiring.
Questions before you start
What is structured interview software?
Software that runs interviews against a fixed set of job-related competencies rather than an open conversation: each interviewer asks the same questions and scores the same criteria on the same scale, and the evidence and ratings are kept with the candidate. It makes interviews comparable across candidates and interviewers and leaves a record of why a decision was made.
Does the AI score the interview for us?
No. Panelists score the competencies themselves, and the decision is a person's. The AI can summarise interview evidence with verbatim quotes after a panelist submits their own scorecard, but it does not rate the candidate or make the decision.
Can remote panelists take part?
Yes. A panelist can score through a secure, code-verified link without a full account, and the interview opens for a decision only once at least one scorecard is submitted.
Which languages can interviews be held in?
Transcription detects the spoken language rather than assuming one and handles Slovenian along with other languages, so an interview held in the candidate's language is transcribed in that language, with the detected language recorded so a misdetection is visible.
