A practical guide to choosing hiring software

Employee records after the hiring decision

Carry relevant hiring information into the employee workflow and organize the next administrative steps. Evaluate the boundary between an ATS and a broader HR system.

Make the handover explicit

The end of recruitment is the start of another process. Kadroflow includes an employee register and an onboarding workflow, with availability depending on the plan. Review the hired person's details and the role's onboarding requirements rather than copying an entire recruitment folder into every employee-facing context.

Keep an owner for administrative changes

Employee records, role information and salary components need clear ownership. Agree who maintains the record and who approves changes. Use a sample employee to check what managers and employees can access, and verify the export needed by the people who run your downstream administration.

Know what still belongs to your other systems

An employee register does not prove that a product covers every HRIS requirement. Payroll figures may be estimates and country coverage varies. Confirm the supported country, rate basis and accounting process before relying on an output. Do not assume statutory payroll filing, time attendance or absence management merely because employee records are present.

Questions before you start

Can this replace our entire HR system?

That depends on your requirements. Compare each necessary workflow, integration and jurisdiction with the product's actual coverage before replacing an existing system.

Are onboarding and employee features on every plan?

Check the current pricing page. A feature described in the product does not imply that every subscription includes it.
