What Kadroflow connects to today
Everything on this page can be installed or switched on now. Where something is in early access or not yet in a public store, its card says so.
Inbox and email
Applications arrive by email. These bring them into Kadroflow without copying and pasting — one message at a time, or automatically.
- Chrome extensionKadroflow Inbox opens beside the application you are reading in Gmail or Outlook on the web. Check the details, choose the CV (PDF or Word) and any certificates, and import — nothing on the page is read until you allow it.Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then connect it to your workspace with a one-time code from Settings → Connections.Add to Chrome
- Outlook add-inA Kadroflow button on the message you are reading in Outlook, with the same review step: confirm the details, choose the CV and certificates, import. It asks Outlook for access to the open message only.Not listed on Microsoft AppSource. Add it in Outlook as a custom add-in from its manifest file, or have your Microsoft 365 administrator deploy it to everyone. - Gmail add-onThe same review-and-import step, as a card beside the email in Gmail. - Microsoft 365 mailboxConnect a Microsoft 365 mailbox to import candidate emails and CVs.Set it up in Settings → Connections. Switch on watching and Kadroflow checks the mailbox every five minutes, turning new emails that carry a PDF CV into candidates in Preselection. Some organisations require a Microsoft administrator to approve the app first.
- Gmail mailboxEarly accessConnect a mailbox to import candidate emails and CVs. Limited to early-access accounts until the app passes Google's verification.Connected and watched the same way as a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Until the verification is complete, each Gmail connection must be reconnected every seven days.
- Forwarding addressWorks with any email provider and needs no mailbox permission. Forward applications to your workspace's private address; nothing becomes a candidate until someone reviews it and presses Import.Your address is in Settings → Connections, and forwarded applications wait under Preselection.
Job distribution
Your careers page is the source, and search engines and job boards read from it. Kadroflow does not post to boards itself, so it never tells you a role is live somewhere it cannot check.
- Structured data for Google for JobsEvery role published on your careers page carries JobPosting structured data in the page itself — what Google reads for its job search. Whether and where a role appears is Google's decision.Comes with the public careers page, from the Pro plan.
- XML job feedOne feed address per workspace, in the XML format job aggregators commonly accept. A board that takes feeds fetches your open roles on its own schedule; nothing is sent from Kadroflow, and each board decides what it lists.Comes with the public careers page, from the Pro plan.
For developers
Take hiring data into your own tools without a weekly spreadsheet export.
- Read-only APIJobs, candidates and interviews over HTTPS with a workspace API key. It can read but never write, and never returns encrypted fields such as contact details or AI analysis text.On paid plans. - Outbound webhooksKadroflow calls your HTTPS endpoint when a candidate is created or changes stage, signed with HMAC-SHA256. The payload carries identifiers and the role title — never a name, email address or phone number.An owner or admin sets them up in Settings → Connections.
Sign-in
Two-factor codes, invitations limited to your own email domains and the rest of the account controls are described on the security page.
