Four things worth knowing in advance, because finding them out later is how a subscription becomes a support ticket.
- Workspace rules
- Free includes 1 workspace. Plus includes 2, Pro includes 5, and Max includes 10. Enterprise limits are agreed with your organisation.
- Storage and retention
- Storage covers CVs, certificates and interview recordings together. Recording retention is set by your plan and deletes automatically — and what a candidate was told when they consented is never shortened afterwards.
- Owner-controlled billing
- Only workspace owners manage subscriptions, invoices, plan changes and cancellation.
- Safe downgrade path
- Existing data stays available; new actions follow the limits of the selected plan.
